Mr. Bouyea joined Whitney & Bogris in 2002. His practice areas include premises liability, products liability, including fire and life safety and flow control products, bankruptcy, asbestos, and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Bouyea was responsible for coordinating defense efforts in two jurisdictions as part of Whitney & Bogris’ national representation of a medical device manufacturer in over 350 personal injury cases.   Mr. Bouyea’s practice also includes coordination of the firm’s bankruptcy docket.
